The house in brief
LOEWE traces its origins to a Madrid leather workshop founded in 1846 and consolidated under Enrique Loewe Roessberg in 1872; LVMH has been its sole owner since February 1996. The house is best known for leather goods and ready-to-wear, keeps its headquarters in Madrid at Calle de Goya 4 with design operations in Paris, and was granted the title of Purveyor to the Spanish Royal Court in 1905. Jonathan Anderson served as creative director from 2013 to 2025, succeeded by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.
