Chanel Limited is a private company and parent of the Chanel group, founded by Gabrielle Chanel at the beginning of the last century, spanning ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories, eyewear, fragrance, beauty, jewellery and watches, with Haute Couture shown twice yearly in Paris and a network of acquired specialist suppliers known as the Metiers d'art. The group reported revenues of $19.3 billion for 2025, employed around 38,000 people, and named Matthieu Blazy Artistic Director of fashion activities, whose debut show took place in October 2025.
